Wasn’t his death over unpaid gambling debts or somethng?
He had a small but memorable role in “It’s a Wonderful Life” as he was Mary’s date to the dance and George Bailey made his move.
Robert Blake was indeed an Our Gang member.
I don’t see that Tony Musante or Robert Blake were ever part of the Little Rascals / Our Gang.

“Baretta” was a Rascal too, right?
I read that the other “rascals” didn’t like him much because he was mean to them and considered himself the star of the group and was very demanding. But, they were all very talented kids.
I used to watch Little Rascals on my father’s 8mm movie projector more than 40 years ago. It’s a good childhood memory.
That would be 55 years ago.
1959 was a Lot longer ago
