From around 1956, this is the Fernseh KKO 110, a five lens Image Orthicon monochrome camera. Sleek, handsome and practical in design. That I know of, only Fernseh had the quick change camera numbering system which was quite handy.
Cool looking camera! Are there five lenses on the turret?
It has an Art Deco look to it.
The South African Broadcasting Corporation went from RCAs to Fensehs in the late 70’s, early 80’s. The engineers from that era speak of the Fenseh with reverence.
Mmm? Made in Germany? Apart from the splendid British Vinten pan and tilt head….
Look at the workmanship on the camera. It’s really beautiful.
