Farnsworth Camera, Image 2

This is the mid 1930’s camera with its cover off…what we see inside is the now famous IMAGE DISECTOR tube. Combined with RCA’s Orthicon tube, the Image Orthicon tube was born!

    Impressive! That fat cable must run to a wall full of electronics, with mid-30s vacuum tubes.
